Talentmatics Inc. in the United States is hiring a Delivery Manager to lead large-scale banking technology programs, manage global delivery teams, and drive operational and financial performance.

You will own P&L, revenue, margins, and delivery financials, govern client engagements with SLAs and KPIs, manage staffing and account growth, and drive digital transformation across Cloud, Data, AI, and Modernization.

Formación

• 12–18+ years of experience in IT services or consulting.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale Banking/BFSI technology programs.
• Strong expertise in Consumer Banking, Wealth Management, Lending, Credit Cards, or Consumer Finance.
• Proven experience in P&L ownership, commercial management, and global delivery.
