Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference material.
• 3-5 years experience in equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of shipments and record discrepancies or damage.
• Load and unload trucks; unpack items and inspect shipments for damage.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions; calibrate controls and thermostats.
• Install new kitchen equipment and relocate per code specifications.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and inventory; complete work orders.
