Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, public administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in delivery logistics or a related operational environment.
• Experience supervising, coaching, evaluating, and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery logistics for home-delivered and congregate meals, including dispatch coordination and route assignments.
• Ensure meals are delivered safely, accurately, and within established delivery windows.
• Develop and maintain standardized delivery procedures and contingency plans.
• Recruit, train, and supervise delivery staff; monitor attendance and performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve delivery issues.
