You will monitor routes, print manifests, dispatch, and handle DOT admin tasks, while maintaining accurate records and responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Excellent communication with customers, employees and supervisors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch orders and print manifests.
• Pre-call customers and coordinate loads for drivers.
• Schedule transfers and communicate with sales, drivers and customers.
• Monitor delivery metrics and fleet management.
• Administer time clock management and filing records.
