Job summary

Bailey Lumber & Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, is hiring a Non-CDL Driver I to safely transport and deliver materials in Mississippi. This is an entry-level driving role focusing on delivering raw materials and smaller orders, not a CDL driver, with potential state certification requirements.

You will inspect loads, verify orders, unload at customer sites, and maintain accurate paperwork while upholding safety and excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of experience driving trucks.
• Lumber dumping experience preferred.
• Maintain current driver's license.
• Ability to use GPS and smartphones for route guidance.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely.
• Deliver and unload materials to customer satisfaction.
• Check orders for accuracy.
• Record deliveries and prepare tickets and credit slips.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist supervisor and other employees as assigned.
• Complete daily equipment inspection.
• May be subject to DOT/FMCSA jurisdictions and restrictions.
