Job summary

The Walt Disney Company’s Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology organization seeks a Distribution Operations Manager in Glendale, CA to oversee day-to-day delivery workflows for episodic and catalog assets across Disney+, Hulu, EST, and other platforms. You will ensure orders, source materials, localization, validation, and delivery meet platform specs, budgets, SLAs, and launch timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in digital distribution or streaming operations.
Solid knowledge of streaming specs, asset readiness, and localization workflows.
Strong analytical, program management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned portfolio of titles and assets from order initiation through delivery and remediation.
Coordinate with Programming, Studio Operations, Localization, internal clients, and vendors on scope, priorities, SLAs, and milestones.
Triage operational and technical issues, gather facts, assess launch impact, escalate risks or exceptions as needed.
Monitor delivery quality, vendor performance, and budgets; drive workflow improvements.
