Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments within established processes and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and vendors and driving follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of titles and assets from order initiation through localization, validation, delivery, and remediation.
• Apply platform specifications and workflow standards; maintain accurate systems and documentation; prioritize deadlines; drive routine-to-moderately complex issues to resolution; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with Programming, Studio Operations, Mastering, Localization, internal clients, and vendors on scope, priorities, handoffs, SLAs, and milestones.
• Triage operational and technical issues of moderate scope, gather facts, assess impact, and escalate material risks or exceptions.
