Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Product Manager for the Theatrical Supply Chain domain in Burbank, CA. You will own product management for a distinct platform, drive strategy, and translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• 7 years of product management experience
• Strong product understanding and platform familiarity
• Self-starter and can work independently under tight deadlines
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong technical writing skills
• Ability to derive actionable insights through research
• Ability to craft and validate problems
• Experience with Agile development tools like Jira/Confluence
• Knowledge of media & entertainment workflows (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

• Own product management for a distinct Product/Platform in the Theatrical Supply Chain domain
• Support definition of Product Strategy in the core capabilities
• Influences the product strategy/roadmap to partners and senior leadership
• Develop feature ideas aligned with business goals and OKRs
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, QA and PM on day-to-day execution
• Define and track OKRs to manage delivery
• Write user stories from interviews and analysis
• Produce workflow documents for balanced solutions
• Define acceptance criteria for user stories
• Facilitate client reviews and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate to develop UAT specifications
• Interface with internal clients and translate business needs
• Adhere to Agile best practices
• Assist in project approval documentation
• Ensure successful user acceptance testing
• Measure impact of solutions on the business
• Understand underlying technologies and troubleshoot issues
• Lead governance and relationships with external partners
