Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Delivery Helper in Lancaster, CA to assist with loading, locating job sites, backing, preparing and restoring the job site, and maintaining the truck and equipment for daily operations.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, follow OSHA and DOT guidelines, and work closely with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate orders at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate information accurately.
• Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with initiative and reliability.
• Effective communication with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload product and deliver to the assigned area as directed by the customer.
• Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork and loaded product to ensure accuracy of order.
• Navigate routes to the job site and load, locate job sites, backing and preparing the truck for the following day.
