Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Delivery Helper to load, locate job sites, backs, prepares and restores the job site, and ready the truck for the following day while maintaining the truck and equipment.

The role requires reading and writing clearly, the stamina to lift up to 75 lbs, adherence to OSHA/DOT safety guidelines, navigation to job sites, and the ability to work independently or on a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately.
• Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs for materials such as drywall and joint compounds.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with OSHA and DOT safety guidelines for all personnel.
• Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork and loads to ensure order accuracy.
• Safely unload product and deliver to the assigned area as directed by the customer.
• Secure mud, equipment, metal, and pallets on the truck.
• Navigate routes to the job site.
