Job summary

Themesoft Inc in Las Vegas is seeking a Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end Teradata-to-Azure/Databricks migration and related data initiatives. You will oversee delivery across gaming, hospitality, F&B, entertainment, and enterprise analytics domains.

This onsite leadership role requires strong governance, risk management, and executive communication to ensure predictable delivery and measurable value from the cloud analytics transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large Teradata modernization or migration programs in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure data services and cloud data architectures.
• Proven ability to translate complex data topics into business language for executives.
• Experience coordinating onshore/offshore delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and ensure production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-wave Teradata to Azure/Databricks migration across domains.
• Establish governance, reporting, and executive status updates.
• Coordinate onsite client delivery teams and technology partners.
• Oversee data quality, profiling, and KPI alignment.
