Job summary

The Delivery Lead role in Las Vegas focuses on delivering a Teradata-to-Azure/Databricks migration and broader data initiatives for Themesoft Inc. You will oversee governance, stakeholder alignment, and multi-team delivery across gaming, hospitality, and entertainment analytics domains.

Leading end-to-end data platform modernization with Azure and Databricks, you’ll drive measurable value, manage risks, and ensure production readiness in a high-visibility professional services setting.

Qualifications

• Teradata modernization leadership in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure data services and data lake architectures.
• Practical understanding of Azure Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake and medallion patterns.
• Strong SQL fluency for data profiling, mapping and reconciliation.
• Experience aligning migration delivery to target-state data architecture.
• Experience leading large, multi-workstream programs with onshore/offshore teams.
• Executive communication for senior client stakeholders.
• Delivery discipline covering milestones, risks, and release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-wave Teradata workloads migration across gaming, loyalty, property operations, digital, F&B and enterprise analytics.
• Establish delivery governance with RAID management and executive status reporting.
• Interface with business and technology stakeholders, translating progress and risks into business language.
• Proactively manage risks during high-traffic periods and data quality challenges.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore Capgemini teams across architecture, data engineering, QA, and release coordination.
