Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale Teradata modernization, migration, or decommissioning programs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure data services, including Azure Data Lake Storage; experience with Azure Databricks and Spark.
• Excellent SQL skills with the ability to guide teams through data profiling, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Experience managing multi-workstream delivery programs with onshore and offshore teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, translating complex topics for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end migration of Teradata workloads to Azure/Databricks across domains.
• Coordinate delivery teams, stakeholders, and partners to modernize the data ecosystem.
• Establish and maintain delivery governance in line with PMO, including risk management.
• Guide teams in migration planning and alignment to target-state Azure architecture.
• Drive data profiling, validation, and KPI alignment to ensure data quality.
