Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale Teradata modernization, migration, or decommissioning programs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure data services, including Azure Data Lake Storage; experience with Azure Databricks and Spark.
• Excellent SQL skills with the ability to guide teams through data profiling, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Experience managing multi-workstream delivery programs with onshore and offshore teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, translating complex topics for senior leadership.

What's the Job?

• Oversee the end-to-end migration of Teradata workloads to Azure/Databricks, ensuring seamless transition across multiple business domains such as gaming, loyalty, and resort operations.
• Coordinate delivery teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to modernize the data ecosystem supporting guest personalization, revenue optimization, and enterprise analytics.
• Establish and maintain disciplined delivery governance aligned with client’s PMO, including risk management, status reporting, and operational readiness.
• Guide technical teams in migration planning, execution, and alignment to target-state Azure data architecture, including Data Lake Storage and secure data-sharing patterns.
• Drive data profiling, validation, and KPI alignment to ensure data quality and support business confidence in analytics outputs.
