Strong Point is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to manage cross-functional Marketing Technology initiatives, drive delivery execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure accountability across multiple workstreams.

The role requires guiding Agile ceremonies, applying SAFe and Scrum, coordinating product, marketing, technology teams, and external vendors, with a focus on timely delivery and clear communication.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Delivery Leadership or Agile Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and tracking delivery.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to manage cross-functional Marketing Technology initiatives, drive delivery execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure accountability across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project priorities, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and PI Planning.
• Apply SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project management practices.
• Track risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies through resolution.
• Maintain dashboards, project boards, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate product, marketing, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Drive accountability, improve communication, and ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Leadership, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with stakeholder coordination, risk management, and delivery tracking.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Marketing Technology, digital, eCommerce, or customer experience experience.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Issues, or similar tools.
• SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, or PMI-ACP certification.
