Job summary

NCR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, define, and deliver projects within a professional services context. You will design goals, establish success metrics, and keep initiatives on time and on budget while coordinating with PS technical leaders and senior management.

Responsibilities include preparing progress reports, managing risks and issues, creating SOWs and estimates, enforcing Change Control, and ensuring customer acceptance and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preference for CS/CE or related field.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of project management in fee-for-service professional services.
• SDLC knowledge for planning and testing support.
• Experience in a professional services organization and NCR domains.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, define, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Design project goals and success markers and track progress.
• Liaise between project teams and upper management; prepare status reports.
• Create and manage PS delivery project plans and WBS; develop estimates, SOWs, and CRs.
• Enforce Change Control Process and NCR PMO methodologies.
• Monitor budgets, risks, defects, and issues; ensure client acceptance and revenue forecasting.
• Provide weekly internal and client-facing project status reports.
