Job summary

DFNS is seeking a Head of Delivery to build a disciplined delivery function for its core banking platform. You will lead flagship deployments hands-on, architect scalable delivery foundations, and coordinate with product, engineering, security, and sales to shorten time-to-production.

You will recruit and lead a delivery team, shape fixed-price offers, and ensure client satisfaction while feeding product with insights to standardize deployments globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in delivery, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or enterprise integration with leadership experience.
• Track record of deploying mission-critical systems at banks, financial institutions, or large enterprises.
• Experience building or scaling a delivery/professional services function (methodology, playbooks, hiring).
• Strong program management with multi-team orchestration and executive reporting; dates are accountable.

Responsibilities

• Design the delivery foundations: onboarding playbook, reference architectures for SaaS, hybrid and on-premise.
• Own flagship deployments hands-on: spec, config, integration, go-live and hypercare.
• Orchestrate execution across product, engineering, security and sales; be the single point of intent.
