Job summary

PLP Group is seeking a Head of Delivery to turn delivery into a disciplined function for its DFNS platform. You will design onboarding playbooks, own flagship deployments, and lead the delivery team across SaaS, hybrid, and on-premise implementations.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and sales to standardize offerings and shorten time-to-production for the next 500 clients.

Qualifications

10+ years across delivery, solutions engineering or enterprise integration with leadership.
Track record deploying mission-critical systems at banks or large enterprises.
Experience building or scaling a delivery or professional services function.
Strong program management with multi-team orchestration.
Technical hands-on ability with TypeScript or REST APIs.
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST).
Willingness to travel to client sites worldwide.

Responsibilities

Design the delivery foundations: onboarding playbook, reference architectures, runbooks.
Own flagship deployments hands-on: spec, config, integration, go-live, hypercare.
Orchestrate execution across product, engineering, security and sales.
Act as single point of intent and schedule master: milestones, escalations.
Provide hands-on support alongside client teams to troubleshoot.
Hire and lead the delivery team: engineers and solutions architects.
