Job summary

Bridgepoint Consulting is seeking a Delivery Manager in Denver to lead multiple client engagements within the Financial Operations practice. You will oversee delivery teams and ensure outcomes align with client and firm objectives.

You will drive performance, mentor consultants, and contribute to business development while overseeing budgets and resource planning. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred; 7+ years in accounting/finance and strong client relationships are valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive accounting and finance experience.
• CPA or other certification desired.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and motivation.
• Excellent communication skills to present to executive level clients.
• Ability to assess a person's experience and qualifications to match Bridgepoint team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client engagements as engagement lead to ensure client and consultant success.
• Oversee revenue of projects under management (expected $2M–$3M annually).
• Be a billable resource on projects as required.
• Coordinate with PMO to ensure engagement processes and standards.
• Serve as first point of escalation on all projects and consultants.
