Job summary

Bridgepoint Consulting is seeking Consultants to join our Financial Operations practice in Atlanta. You will partner with clients to provide accounting and financial management support, aligning with CFOs/execs to drive impactful outcomes.

You will help growth-focused clients implement scalable processes, strengthen internal controls, and optimize accounting functions for efficiency and business performance, while traveling locally as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience managing an accounting department.
• Experience maintaining and implementing effective internal controls.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across functions.
• Willingness to travel within your local market, with occasional support in national markets.

What You’ll Bring To BPC:

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience

• Proven success developing and improving accounting and finance functions to support company growth
• Experience maintaining and implementing effective internal controls
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions
• Interest in consulting-style work and delivering exceptional client service
• Willingness to travel within your local market, with occasional support in national markets

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA license or MBA
• Experience at a Big Four or other nationally recognized accounting firm
• Industry experience in emerging growth, technology, or SaaS companies
• Additional oversight experience across IT, HR, or Operations

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000
