Job summary

One Call seeks a Senior Manager Delivery to lead disciplined agile delivery for enterprise-critical initiatives. You will own end-to-end program delivery, mentor teams, and translate strategy into executable plans, while reporting to the VP, Delivery Management.

You will collaborate across business, technology, product, and operations, driving Dashboards, risk management, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Continuous Delivery and SDLC/Change Management.
• Healthcare/regulated industry experience preferred.
• Agile certifications (PgMP, DASSM, SAFe, SPC, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 initiatives with executive visibility.
• Teach Disciplined Agile values and coaching to managers and teams.
• Prepare executive updates and dashboards for ROI and investment health.
