Job summary

One Call seeks a Senior Manager Delivery to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact programs. You will own end-to-end delivery, align outcomes with business goals, and model delivery excellence within a Disciplined Agile framework.

You will communicate with executives, develop dashboards, and drive improvements in flow, quality, and time to value while mentoring delivery managers and teams in a dynamic, home-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of program/delivery management experience.
• Proven executive-level communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Experience with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Delivery – own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 initiatives with executive visibility and OKRs.
• Executive communication – prepare concise, decision-ready updates for senior leaders and ROI tracking.
• Delivery Excellence – drive Agile process improvements, implement metrics, and mentor delivery managers and teams.
