Job summary

Canfield is seeking a Software Delivery Manager to lead delivery of web-based clinical platforms used for medical imaging review and data workflows. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, organize work into increments, and ensure high-quality, reliable solutions.

You will own end-to-end project delivery, manage backlogs and sprints in Jira, and coordinate with development and DevOps to streamline releases while maintaining regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or product delivery.
• Experience with Jira, Git, and Agile/Scrum workflows.
• PM certifications (PMP or CSPO) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities and deliverables.
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects and large platform features.
• Translate business needs into testable requirements and maintain documentation.
• Manage backlogs in Jira, implement lightweight sprint structures, and track risks.
