The role sits at the intersection of information systems, software development, and operations, translating business needs into technical requirements and organizing work into manageable increments. You will manage Jira backlogs, drive structured releases, collaborate with Dev and DevOps, ensure regulatory alignment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years delivering web-based platforms or complex software systems.
• Strong understanding of software development workflows with Git-based version control and release processes.
• Experience using Jira to manage backlogs, sprints, and delivery tracking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and align priorities.
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects and platform features, translating requests into actionable work.
• Translate clinical software needs into clear, testable requirements and maintain documentation.
• Organize backlogs in Jira and implement lightweight sprint structures for visibility.
• Manage hand-offs between teams, identify gaps, and resolve blockers to keep momentum.
• Transition release planning to milestone-driven releases with quarterly planning.
• Work with development and DevOps to manage Git workflows and deployment processes.
• Establish milestones and hold teams accountable while maintaining strong relationships.
• Ensure requirements support testing, validation, and regulatory expectations.
