Job summary

Canfield is seeking a Software Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of web-based clinical platforms used for medical imaging review and data workflows. The role requires translating business needs into technical requirements, organizing work in increments, and ensuring high-quality, regulatory-compliant outcomes.

The candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive backlog governance in Jira, and coordinate release planning with DevOps and QA to support milestone-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering web-based platforms or complex software systems.
• Knowledge of Git-based version control, branching, and release processes.
• Hands-on Jira experience for backlog and sprint management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practical application.
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in clinical systems or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of projects and platform features.
• Collaborate with IS, development, QA, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and priorities.
• Organize work into manageable increments and maintain visibility into risks and timelines.
• Guide release planning with milestone-driven releases and quarterly planning.
• Ensure requirements are clear to support testing and regulatory expectations.
• Manage Git workflows, environments, and deployment processes.
