Job summary

Canfield seeks a Software Delivery Manager to drive the delivery of web-based clinical platforms used for medical imaging review and data workflows. You will translate business and clinical needs into technical requirements, organize work into increments, and ensure high-quality, reliable solutions while collaborating with IT, development, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in technical project management or software delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Git-based version control and release processes.
• Hands-on Jira experience for backlog and sprint management.
• Experience in regulated clinical or imaging domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects and platform features.
• Translate needs into clear, testable requirements and maintain docs.
• Manage backlogs in Jira, implement sprint structures, provide visibility.
• Resolve blockers and ensure timely, milestone-driven releases.
• Oversee Git workflows, environments, and deployment processes.
• Maintain delivery milestones and strong cross-team relationships.
• Ensure deliverables meet testing, validation, and regulatory standards.
