Role Overview

As the Delivery Lead, you will own the short- and long-term delivery aims of our engineering teams. You will oversee day-to-day operations, run the software delivery and change programs, and ensure engineering best practices are consistently applied.Working alongside two other departmental leaders, your remit is broad, ranging from value initiatives to technical roadmaps. Success in the role calls for excellent technical, leadership, execution and change-management skills, and the ability to create the conditions for high-performing teams.

• Lead software project delivery

Minimum Qualifications
