We are expanding our data center delivery business across North America. The regional Delivery Leader will own end-to-end project execution, coordinating sales, engineering, supply chain, site contractors, and commissioning teams to meet milestones, budgets, and quality standards. Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years in data-center project delivery, deep knowledge of cooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HVAC, Energy/Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or Construction/Engineering Management.
• 5+ years of hands‑on project delivery, site management, or technical execution experience within data centers, MEP construction, central cooling plants, or mission‑critical HVAC infrastructure.
• Thorough understanding of data center cooling architecture—including liquid cooling CDUs, fan walls, precision air conditioning, and primary/secondary cooling loops.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi‑site deployment logistics, contractor scheduling, site safety requirements, and technical commissioning processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for customer‑facing technical reviews and site leadership; flexibility for regional and site travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional data center delivery from order intake to handover.
• Coordinate sales, engineering, supply chain, contractors, commissioning agents, and after‑sales teams for seamless execution.
• Develop and track delivery schedules, managing milestones across manufacturing, logistics, site delivery, installation, and payment milestones.
• Identify execution risks, scope changes, and bottlenecks; drive cross‑functional resolutions to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Act as the primary technical delivery interface for enterprise clients, hyperscalers, EPC contractors, MEP consultants, and site general contractors; host progress reviews and testing.
• Drive regional standards, templates, site playbooks, and lessons learned to increase efficiency and scaling capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Serve as the primary regional delivery owner for data center projects, directing the full execution lifecycle from order intake and factory production through on-site commissioning, acceptance, and final handover.
• Cross-Functional Resource Orchestration: Align internal and external stakeholders—including sales, engineering, supply chain, site contractors, commissioning agents, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Milestone & Lifecycle Management: Develop and track comprehensive delivery schedules, managing critical paths across manufacturing, international logistics, customs clearance, site delivery, installation, and payment milestone approvals.
• Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify execution risks, site scope changes, and technical bottlenecks; drive cross-functional resolutions to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards.
• Key Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical delivery interface for enterprise clients, Hyperscalers, EPC contractors, MEP consultants, and site general contractors; host progress reviews and lead stage-gate acceptance testing.
• Standardization & Continuous Improvement: Drive regional execution standards, codifying project delivery templates, site playbooks, and lessons learned to increase operational efficiency and scaling capacity.
• Lifecycle Continuity: Support post-delivery reviews and transition project account management back to sales and field service teams to enable long‑term account growth and secondary expansions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in HVAC, Energy/Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or Construction/Engineering Management.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on project delivery, site management, or technical execution experience within data centers, MEP construction, central cooling plants, or mission‑critical HVAC infrastructure.
• Domain Expertise: Thorough understanding of data center cooling architecture—including liquid cooling CDUs, fan walls, precision air conditioning, and primary/secondary cooling loops.
• Operational Command: Proven ability to manage complex multi‑site deployment logistics, contractor scheduling, site safety requirements, and technical commissioning processes.
• Communication & Mobility: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for customer‑facing technical reviews and site leadership; flexibility for regional and site travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing site delivery and commissioning for Hyperscale, Colocation, or high‑density AI data center projects.
• Direct experience working alongside major EPC contractors, general contractors, and MEP consulting firms.
• Hands‑on experience with cross‑border logistics, overseas equipment integration, or local site code compliance.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent industry certification.
