Job summary

Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas is seeking a Full-time Warehouse Associate to support the Hope Distribution Center and Family Support Center locations. The role contributes to the mission by coordinating food drives, transporting food, and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries.

You will train volunteers on warehouse operations, operate forklifts and pallets jacks, and maintain safety and sanitation standards in a diverse, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• DOT certification, or ability to pass DOT screening.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive agency vehicles to pick up and distribute food.
• Coordinate all aspects of food drives, including setup and deliveries.
• Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, lift gates, and related equipment.
• Manage the food delivery process from orders to storage and back stock.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the distribution center.
• Train volunteers on warehouse operations and safety guidelines.
