Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking an organized Logistics Coordinator to support the movement, scheduling, and tracking of equipment across our operations. You will coordinate deliveries and pickups, manage inventory assignments, and ensure equipment information stays accurate and on schedule.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Logistics and/or order management experience required.
• Inventory or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule equipment deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate inventory assignment and distribution.
• Maintain accurate equipment information through data entry and system updates.
• Schedule and communicate delivery routes with drivers.
• Collaborate professionally with neighboring departments, business units, and partner companies.
• Support logistics, warehouse, and operational activities as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and requirements while performing job duties.
• Complete other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
