Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a Driver / Setup Associate to support customer deliveries, equipment setup, and basic connectivity needs in the field. The role is hands-on and involves learning new technology while helping customers get their equipment up and running.

You'll spend time on the road delivering and assisting with the setup of printers, copiers, and related document imaging equipment, and may help connect devices to networks and install print drivers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record.
• 0–3 years' delivery/field support experience preferred.
• Basic networking knowledge preferred.
• No IT certifications required; willing to learn.
• Comfortable with computers and mobile devices.
• Strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive to customer locations to deliver equipment.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging equipment.
• Support basic setup of document imaging equipment.
• Connect devices to customer networks.
• Install print drivers and configure devices.
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teams.
• Complete delivery documents and data entry.
• Maintain vehicle, equipment, and inventory.
• Follow safety procedures when moving equipment.
