Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. The pay range for this role is $14.75 to $15.50 per hour.* Benefits include on-demand pay, career advancement

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ in the United States and 18+ in Canada.
• Valid state driver's license with a satisfactory MVR.
• DOT certification may be required for location.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance logs.
