Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences in a fast-paced, store-based role that includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise. You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community.

The pay range for this role is $13.75 to $14.50 per hour. Aaron’s offers benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching, paid time

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the US; 18 in Canada.
• Valid state driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• DOT certification if required for location.
• Able to work 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs alone, up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance logs.
