Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Delivery Driver in the United States. The role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, inside and outside store operations, and engaging with customers in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age for positions in the US and at least 18 in Canada.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification, if required for location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with equipment/assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and heat.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely stage products and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.

Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
