Job summary

The Aaron's Company, Inc. in McKinney, TX is seeking a Delivery Driver to support in-store operations, drive, install, move, and demonstrate merchandise, and engage with customers in the community.

This role offers a competitive pay range of $14.25–$15.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and advancement opportunities. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the United States.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified if required in location (US).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
