Job summary

Aaron Sales And Leasing is seeking a Delivery Driver for a fast-paced, store-based role in McKinney, Texas. You will drive, install, move, and demonstrate products to customers, spending time inside and outside the store while supporting daily operations.

The position offers hourly pay with a broad benefits package including time off, health insurance, 401(k), and more. Prioritize customer service and safety while representing the Aaron’s brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in US; 18 in Canada.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean MVR as per policy.
• DOT certification may be required for location.
• Ability to work 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. schedule.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. alone and 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; safely operate company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
