The Aaron's Company, Inc. is hiring a Delivery Driver in Texas. This store-based role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, while delivering excellent customer service in the community.

You will work a daytime schedule with mileage between store tasks, earn a market-rate hourly wage, and access benefits including paid time off, health plans, and a 401(k) with matching.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for positions within the United States.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory MVR.
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification, if required for location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
