**Job Title:** Delivery and Installation Specialist

**Reports To:** Store Manager

**FLSA Status:** Non-Exempt

**Summary:** Responsible for the delivery, setup, service, and retrieval of products to and from customer's homes.

**Duties and Responsibilities:** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Loads products into delivery truck properly and securely.
• Investigates delivery location to ensure safety and proper delivery.
• Explains rental agreements and product features to customers.
• Retrieves products from customers who do not renew rental agreements.
• Prepares products for display and maintains stockroom.
• Documents transactions and processes payments.
• Operates company vehicles safely and courteously.
• Performs vehicle maintenance.
• Maintains a clean and organized backroom.
• Uses equipment safely to transport products.
• Maintains knowledge of company policies and product completeness.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
