Job Title: Delivery and Installation Specialist

Reports To: Store Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary: Responsible for the delivery, set up, service, and retrieval of products to and from customer's homes by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

• Loads products into delivery truck properly and securely by using straps and pads to avoid damage during transit.*
• Investigates delivery location to ensure the product will be in a safe environment and the product is delivered to the proper person.*
• Explains the rental agreement to the customer in some cases.*
• Explains and demonstrates the various features and benefits of the product before leaving the home.*
• Retrieves products from the homes of customers who choose not to renew the rental agreement.*
• Repairs, cleans, and moves products from the stockroom to the sales floor for display.*
• Documents and receives customers payment successfully in the field and store.*
• Protects the company image by safely and courteously operating the company vehicles.*
• Performs preventative and routine maintenance on delivery vehicles.*
• Helps maintain the backroom in a safe, clean, and organized condition.*
• Uses equipment to transport product in a safe and damage free manner.*
• Maintains complete knowledge of the castle plan, rental agreement, and other benefit plans.*
• Responsible for products being complete in all pieces, parts, accessories, and manuals during delivery and pickup.*
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
