We are seeking an Office Technology Install Technician with excellent customer service and communication skills. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and a clear career path into roles such as Field Service Technician (client-facing break/fix) or Operations Administration.

Primary Duties:

1. Efficiently set up equipment to be delivered to customer locations.
2. Document accessories, supplies, and equipment serialization accurately.
3. Troubleshoot and repair copier, fax, and duplicator equipment.
4. Work effectively through remote applications like email, Google Scan, and remote data entry.
5. Manage multiple data entry tasks related to installations and deliveries.
6. Drive a box truck, with extended drive times exceeding 2 hours one way.
7. Meet all installation and delivery deadlines.
8. Collaborate within a team and uphold a customer-focused culture.

Physical Demands:

1. Physical strength and agility to perform job duties.
2. Ability to travel daily within the service area by automobile or truck.
3. Frequent kneeling, bending, and use of hands and tools.
4. Ability to lift or move over 50 pounds.
5. Use of ladders, forklifts, and heavy machinery.
6. Fine manipulation skills for repairing equipment.
7. Adherence to safety procedures and rules.
