Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a Delivery Support/Warehouse Associate to assist delivery drivers. You will unload products, check quality, and rotate stock at customer locations while supporting on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include driving to locations with the driver, reporting shortages, handling complaints professionally, and operating pallets jacks and other equipment safely according to pre-trip rules in a cold, confined warehouse environment with varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with handcart and electric pallet jack.
• Ability to communicate clearly and perform basic arithmetic.
• Understanding of product rotation and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Unload and check quality of products at a customer location and rotate stock.
• Assist the driver by driving to different locations to deliveries.
• Call in when a customer does not receive their entire order (shorts).
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Operate company equipment and perform pre-trip inspections.
