Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking an Onsite Delivery Helper to assist the delivery driver with unloading, verifying product quality, and delivering items to customer locations. You will work closely with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure accurate orders in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include unloading at customer sites, supporting multiple deliveries, reporting shortages, addressing customer concerns professionally, and following safety procedures including pre-trip inspections.

Qualifications

• Handcart and electric pallet jack experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate articulately and perform simple arithmetic.
• Know the product delivery schedule and ensure rotation where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Unload and check the quality of products at a customer location and rotate stock.
• Assist the driver by driving to different locations to support deliveries.
• Call in when a customer does not receive their entire order (shorts).
• Handle customer complaints professionally and assist in resolving issues.
• Follow written driver safety rules and perform a pre-trip inspection of equipment.
