Job summary

Sysco is seeking a delivery support associate to assist the delivery driver by unloading products and ensuring quality at customer locations. You will rotate stock, verify conditions, and communicate any shortages to ensure accurate orders.

You’ll drive to various locations to assist the driver, handle customer complaints professionally, and follow safety rules including pre-trip inspections in a cold warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with handcart and electric pallet jack.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic; understands delivery schedules; ensures product quality and rotation.

Responsibilities

• Unload and check the quality of products at customer locations, rotate and check quality of produce.
• Drive to different locations to assist the driver with deliveries.
• Call in when a customer does not receive their entire order (shorts).
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Handle company equipment properly, follow driver safety rules, and perform a pre-trip inspection.
