Job summary

The SYGMA Network in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Delivery Support/Unloader to assist the delivery driver by unloading products, checking quality, and rotating stock at customer locations. This role involves following safety rules, performing pre-trip inspections, and communicating clearly with customers to resolve issues, including shorts, while working in a cold warehouse environment.

You will drive to multiple locations to assist with deliveries and ensure orders are complete.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and basic arithmetic skills are required.
• Handcart and electric pallet jack experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Unload and check the quality products at a customer location, rotate and check the quality of produce.
• Driving to different locations to assist the driver with deliveries.
• Calls in when a customer does not receive their entire order (shorts) and assists in resolving issues.
• Handles customer complaints professionally and communicates any concerns to the driver or supervisor.
• Performs a pre-trip inspection and follows driver safety rules; handles company equipment properly.
