Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking an an Warehouse Support Associate to assist delivery drivers by unloading products at customer sites, checking quality, and supporting multiple delivery routes in.

Responsibilities include driving to locations to aid deliveries, reporting shorts, handling complaints professionally, and performing pre-trip inspections while following safety rules in a cold warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and perform basic arithmetic.
• Knowledge of the product delivery schedule is required.
• Experience with quality checks and product rotation.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist delivery driver with unloading at customer locations.
• Drive to different locations to support deliveries.
• Call in if a customer does not receive the full order (shorts).
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Follow safety rules and perform pre-trip inspections of equipment.
