Job summary

US3088 Sygma Detroit (The Sygma Network, Inc) is seeking a delivery assistant to support the driver, unload, check quality, and ensure accurate deliveries to customer locations. You will work in a cold warehouse environment and assist with route deliveries.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform simple arithmetic and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of product delivery schedule and rotation.

Responsibilities

• Unload and check quality of products at customer locations, rotate stock as needed.
• Assist driver by driving to locations to support deliveries.
• Call in when orders are incomplete (shorts) and communicate with customers.
• Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain service quality.
• Operate safely and perform pre-trip inspections of equipment.
