Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Talent Management Program Manager to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects. You will scope project plans, develop processes, coordinate execution and report status to senior leadership.

The role requires driving end-to-end delivery, defining program objectives, analyzing data and mitigating risks in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with impact across multiple organizations.
• Coordinate work between product, UX, technical and analytics teams; develop go-to-market and change management assets.
• Develop overall program strategy; align plans with senior leadership and drive teams to deliver.
• Define the program mission and objectives; analyze data and drive improvements with measurable results.
• Work autonomously in ambiguous environments; understand business problems and risks.
• Partner with teams to source and allocate resources across the business.
• Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems; reduce exposure to common failure modes.
• Solve ambiguous problems and mitigate risks proactively.
• Collaborate with executives to communicate and impact critical business initiatives.
• Develop and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
