MBR Management, a Domino's franchise, is hiring a Delivery Expert in Sherman, IL. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring orders are delivered safely, on time, and in good condition while delivering friendly service.

This full-time role offers flexible hours, tips daily, and benefits after 60 days, including health, dental, and vision coverage. You will navigate local routes, manage multiple stops, and uphold high standards of reliability and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven delivery, logistics, or transportation experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Knowledge of the Sherman area and local routes (preferred).
• Experience with multiple-stop delivery operations (preferred).
• Familiarity with electronic proof-of-delivery systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute timely and accurate deliveries to residential and commercial customers in Sherman.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely while following traffic laws and policies.
• Maintain delivery records with signatures and timestamps.
• Communicate proactively with customers about delivery times and delays.
• Handle packages with care during loading, unloading, and placement at delivery locations.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues promptly.
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance metrics.
• Represent the organization positively through professional appearance and courteous interactions.
