Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times.

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks before each shift.
• Utilize delivery management systems and GPS technology to track shipments and navigate routes effectively.
• Handle packages with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition and meet customer expectations.
• Resolve delivery challenges and exceptions in real-time, including rerouting and customer communication.
• Maintain organized records of deliveries, signatures, and customer feedback.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating company vehicles.
