Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict delivery schedules.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Familiarity with delivery management software (preferred).
• Commercial driving experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Plan and execute optimal delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at all scheduled stops.
• Load, unload, and transport packages and goods with care to prevent damage.
• Obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address delivery-related inquiries or concerns.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
• Meet daily and weekly delivery targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
